Hello all.. I'm putting together a single turbo build and I need some advice/help.

First off I have a turbonetics 62-1 journal bearing turbo with a .96 hotside..
I was wondering because of the journal bearing is my turbo response going to be laggy?? What kind of boost can I expect at 4000 rpm?? I'd really hate to put this all together and have a laggy *** setup.

Secondly what parts am I missing out on??
