Need help with my fuel setup(w/pics)
Hello all. I'm beginning my single turbo project but need some help with my fuel setup.
I've been looking at the pictures that people have provided on setting up the fuel lines but my setup is a little different and I was wondering if someone would help me out.
Please look at the pics and let me know if it looks right.
My other questions are:
A. I have 1680CC injectors sleeves stuck inside the holes of the LIM and I can't get it out. Anyone know how to get the sleeves out? I tried using my pick but it won't budge.
B. I have the stock primary injector housings modified for 850CC injectors and I was wondering if I need to run resistors on each injector?
Thanks for any help you can provide.

its really hard to tell how your running it from those pictures. I dont see the primary rail. Also that is way overkill on fittings.
I would simplify it by going in to the primary, up to the secondary and then out to the FPR.

x2 cant tell jack from them pics dude............put yea run from tank to regulators IN then out to primary rail up to secondary rail, out from secondary rail to return port on regulator thats should be it.
Yep, take about 2 steps back and get a picture of the complete set-up. Preferably an angle where we can see everything. Use Jason's advice as well and Keep It Simple Stupid, no offense, things just tend to work out better when you keep that in mind.

As for hose routing and configuration, details of my setup is here:

I put a diagram at the bottom of the page.

Wow! Great setup, pics, and documentation!
How'd you get the fitting on the stock return fuel line to fit?
Also, I have a SARD FPR and it only has three connections instead of four. Do I need to Y in a connection before going into the FPR?

"The FPR discharges to a single AN -6 line back to the OE hard line at the firewall. I found a suitable AN to metric hard-line adapter fitting. It required I cut and flare the end of the OE hard line but the fitting fit perfectly and with no leaks. It is a low pressure return line so keeping it leak free was not difficult. Had it been a high pressure feed line connection I would have had second thoughts but this is low pressure so no worries."
The fitting is #22 in the diagram
My FPR has three connections also - two inlets and one outlet. not sure I understand your question?

I believe my Sard has only one inlet and one outlet and one for vacuum. Hope that makes sense.
I might have to do that flare job later on. I just want it up and running right now since it's been down for a while.

Tank - supply line - primary rail - secondary rail- fpr - tank
You only need 2 connections on the fpr. In and out. You dont run to the regulator first. You go from rail to rail then to the regulator, then back to the tank.

Thanks a lot. With yours and Crispy's help I hope to get the lines installed. It's currently too hot to work on the car. I'm going to wait until it gets cooler. Will take pictures after I'm done.
