the sizes of injectors quoted are for each injector.
Stock:
550cc primary x 2
850cc secondary x 2
Upgrade:
720 or 850 or 1000 primary x 2
1680 or 2000 secondary x 2
KG parts and Rotary Extreme both make rails, might as well give them a call, they can tell you exactly what fits. KG Parts is extremely helpful over the phone, I've never dealt with rotary extreme but they are probably good too.
And if you find a deal on used injectors, make sure to send them to KG Parts to be serviced and flow tested, its pretty cheap and they come back like new.

Yes, that kit is a great kit. But i don't think you'll need the resistors as you have a stand alone (so don't just go wiring them in unless you are sure).
Also, if you want 420whp, i'd still recommend meth/water.
If you want to wait on getting an auxiliary injection kit then by all means wait for next year (who knows, maybe you'll be happy with just this set of mods). But, if you do not get a kit, don't tune it past 400whp, just limit the boost to that level of whp and then you will be somewhat safe with a good tune. But add auxiliary injection as soon as you can and then re-tune, it will prolong your engine's life.
Also, if you are considering purchasing that fuel system kit brand new, why not look for it or something similar used? They come up pretty often (St8ryd sold me mine). Then just have the injectors rebuilt to be safe (its cheap), and then buy a meth kit.
Going used can sometimes be risky, but if you do a little research on the seller and the product then you can end up saving tons of money. You just have to be patient for the right combo of product and seller to come along.
