Moderate HP Turbo Recommendation

I am going to turbo a 4-port 13b for a non-Mazda project car. The car is very lightweight, so I'm looking for *only* 200-230 rwhp and equivalent torque out of the engine.

Here's my question: what turbo would you guys recommend for such a project. Car will be a street and A/X-type vehicle. I want good solid output (torque and hp) from ~3-4k upward to redline. Don't want anything peaky. Also want something relatively affordable. Due to the constrained nature of the engine compartment, I'll probably have to fab my own exhaust manifold.

Any recommendations? Thanks.

I'd recommend something small like a T04B. You could also use a 60-1 turbo, but on both get .81 or .84 exhaust housing. Hell, if you want you could just use a stock S5 turbo to get 200-230rwhp, but with a T04 turbo you would only need to run maybe 6psi at most to get that kind of power, so you would always have headroom to make a lot more power.
