make torque sooner......?

since my dyno about 2 weeks ago i have been looking at alot of different dyno sheets on the forum with gt35r's. i noticed most of them make 200-225 ft/lb by 3500 rpms. now with my 35r setup i am making 200 ft/lb by 4500 which i feel is a little late in the powerband. my motor has a small/medium streetport so it shouldnt be having any problem pushing that turbo. could timing adjustments in the low end of the map help?

boost sooner = torque sooner

fuel and timing can play a role in this. Air flow plays in a roll in this as well.

Not such a simple answer

Get a better turbo manifold, bigger downpipe, and do some more fine tuning.
