Arrow looking for a good turbo with a t4 flange

Ok, obviously I have alot of choices. I am shooting for the 300-350hp range but want to keep it as streetable as possible. SO whats a good well balanced turbo (low end spool high end hp) I can get my hands on without getting too expensive.

60-1 AKA TO4S or slightly lower HP would be a TO4E 57 or 60 trim these run about 8~900 brand new from many of the vendors and are a proven combo for the 13bt, 13bre, and 13brew.

then you need manifold cast HKS or cast greddy aer both about 400 ish

wastgate 500ish

injectors, fuel rails, fuel pumps FPR, about 1200ish

CPU done properly 1000+

bigger IC 1500~2500 depending upon kit

bigger radiator 300~1000 depending upon kit

as can readily be seen cheap, fast, reliable... pick two of them if your lucky.....

I already have a standalone , manifold, and wastegate and most of my fuel setup. I thank you for the turbo suggestion. I have been leaning towards the 60-1 and just wanted more feedback.
