look for big front mount intercooler pics

hi im thinking of getting a custom made intercooler and alloy rad' so want it as big as i can go im gonna lose the aircon ive got a cwest front.
just wondered if anyone had any good pics to show me to give me more of a idea its gonna be 4 row and as big as i can get away with.

This is not as fat as you want but it's long. It's about 31 inches and, as you can see, nothing but intercooler is shown.

Just my opinion here but a 4 row intercooler will be over kill. You should try to limit your intercooler to a maximum of 3in if you're running a FMIC. An intercooler that thick will stiffle flow and not be nearly as efficient as you think. You're much better off getting a smaller one that has a highly efficient core. A large FMIC like that really hampers your radiator's cooling ability, even with great ducting. Also, with FMIC's of that size, making a good end tank and having good bends on the piping is difficult. You'd be surpised at the amount of pressure loss you'd get from having 90 degree bends in your pipes. Bigger is not always better with intercooling. If I didn't disuade you, then at least try and get a custom fabbed one that has the endtanks on the top. By doing this you can have the pipes flowing directly into the core and you can impliment a top splitter plate or deflector to help balance flow and improve heat rejection.
