Long Runner 13BRE Turbo system

Here are a few pictures of a new system for one of the forum members that we have just completed. The system is mounted on an REW, but he has the RE in his 2nd Gen.

Coated 321SS .105" wall Turbo manifold, 1/2 thick flanges, egt bungs per rotor, 2" primary runners for 15psi~ : autoX

Coated 1.0 P trim turbine housing for his water cooled BB To4E 57 trim
Coated 3.5" Vband downpipe, 3.5" midpipe not shown..

There are a few build in progress pictures on are website, however a new website is in the works and we haven't done any updates on the site in a long time.

A few people have pm'd about the manifold, and I thought I would make it easy. We can build whatever you want, for whatever car, turbo, specs etc..

That looks pretty good! Are the runners a single piece or mandrel bends welded together?

Where'd you get the .105" 321ss from?? I was planning on doing mine out of 321 but both burns and spd only have 16 ga..

First post says its a 3.5" dp.

Came out of a warehouse in CA, I bought all of it. I'm sure you know, but its really hard to find exhaust tubing thicker than 16 gauge.

Thanks Goodfella for the compliment, we've about to start work on an REW kit here with a 4" downpipe/midpipe combo; just have to finish the engine...

is that price just for the manifold or with the DP?
is that a Tial 44MM flange?

Looks awesome!

I got to see what I'm going to do
my fabricator is MIA... owes people money for work not completed

I'm going to need a long tubular manifold in the near future
with a T6 flange for a GT42 sized turbo/5" Vband with a 1.32 A/R housing....using a 5" DP
down to a 4" mid/rear exhaust....I'm using a REW motor so there is more room
with the REW LIM that sites closer to the block

I might have to hit you up in a couple of weeks
If I can't find someone local to make me a T6 race manifold

Keep up the good design

That sounds familiar. I've found that fabricators and paint/body guys can be some of the most unreliable people out there, which really sucks for guys like us who depend on them.......

Thats just the price for a 321SS manifold. Downpipes are extra cost.

I take it you're planning on running 40+ psi?

Looks good! What'd you end up with in length? I'll guess around 18-19"?

Yeah that one was about 18". I see you must have made a few before

I'll have some pictures up shortly of an REW kit we are wrapping up...
