Depends how much you want to spend. Don't be afraid of those FD's, they're not that fast. I'm faster than my bro's single turbo microtech FD. Give me a price range and I can give you a set up (think of one, not get you it, you must find the parts yourself).

think of it this way, how much horsepower you looking for? my friends fc just hit 250rwhp with nothing but a hybrid stock turbo on 9 psi and piggy backing his ecu with a super afcII. now, when he gets bigger injectors and sets them up correctly with safcII he'll be upping the boost to 15 or 16. should make and easy 300 or so. that will take out a stock 3rd gen. that can be achieved for alot less than $2k.
p.s. oh yea, it's an s4. so those numbers are even easier to achieve on an s5 jspec block.

2k... Get 3" turbo back (down pipe and catback) exhaust. Get a used S-AFC, and a walboro fuel pump. Get a T04B, and get it tuned. If you look around you should be able to get it under 2k or at 2k. BTW don't buy the exhaust off line have someone make it for you, those ussually run for about $500 and that is 3" down pipe and exhaust.
