Lift Pump Recommendations

I'm running a Bosch -044 pump mounted in the OEM location on my FB (external to the tank and just below it on the driver's side). The fuel pickup is a simple 1/2" tube, sucking from the OEM in-tank GSL-SE cup. This setup worked fine as long as the tank was above 1/3 -- which isn't working for me.

So, I've decided to do what I should have done in the first place and install a surge tank. I'm imagining I'll use an in-tank lift pump to supply the surge tank. Which one is best for this? I imagine I need something that can keep up with my WOT fuel usage (430 RWHP). I also figure that the fuel pressure of pump is unimportant.

I surfed through Summit and came up with a Carter pump (PN GP74536S) that's made for carbureted Ford pickups that has a 72 GPH free flow and can deliver 4 - 7 psi.

There are also numerous EFI pumps rated at 255 LPH free flow that can deliver much higher pressures.

Suggestions?
