Is leading timing after trailing timing bad?

Well finally I got the chance to ask them and they say the base fuel pressure was 45 PSI. I dont know if that is going to change anything but...

Doesn't change much of anything as far as I'm concerned. Dual pumps at a little higher base pressure will flow a lot of fuel. I can personally attest to this.
