1.08kg/cm^2 is about 15.3 psi, that turbo isn't even breaking a sweat at that level ;)

Man honestly i dont know when im gonna stop lol. I think 20psi should be pretty fast but 15 will have to do for know. Im kinda shitty i got pulled buy an eclipse but it was a casual 4rth gear roll on from about 45mph,i was on low boost setting bout 12 psi so who knows on high what the outcome may have been.. Boost is way addicting one boost and you want more and more lol...

Well, after driving around on low boost for the last 6 months cuz wide gtr ripped me off on an hks twin power, I finally ordered another hks tp. Also I was getting some really bad blowby because the turbo needed a restricter. I went to Banzai Racing two days ago to have them do a little work. They installed their 3 bar map sensor and harness, installed the hks twin power, and replaced the oil feed line on the turbo along with putting a restricter in the line. Now the car is running flawlessly, I am having a ton of fun driving on high boost.
My next mods are going to be water/meth injection, suspension (all the bars, springs, etc.), and 99spec body with scoot hood. This should all get done this summer, with a rebuild/large streetport next winter. My brother is getting his mkIV supra single turboed by sound performance right now but will be on stock fuel so it will be limited to 550rwhp, so if I lose to him the water/meth will be getting put on verrry soon. |
Glad it is making you smile :)

What do you mean by 'high boost?' I haven't had any oil blowby issues, weird that you need a different oil feed line and a restrictor.

We always install a crush washer under the metric-an fitting on the front plate. Peter's was leaking at the turbo, the smallest (yet most annoying amount). The brass fitting that came with the turbo was the unresticted version, yet there was no way to install it with the feed line. New OFL and a resticted 35R fitting, no more clouds of smoke on decel and no more leak at the turbo.

That was way to expensive, that is way to much money for such a little bit of horse power. But i wish you much luck with your upgrades

The front mount and I/C pipe could have been done all together for 350-400 bucks, y would they charge you two seperate prices. One for mounting the intercooler, and then another price for I/C pipe don't make sense. I was reading the pricing on everything that was being charged seperate it was a little unclear. Everything else seems about right the tunning price is about right. But when you say or mention the fuel system what is all included for that price? Im not trying to start a post war or anything, but that's what these threads are here for. To inform readers, and to make comments and opinions.
Calm down goodfella let's not trash his thread buddy |

I have seen your homemade FC FMIC's, you obviously have never installed a Blitz FMIC in a single turbo FD application. Besides the prices posted at the begining of this thread were estimates. Go clutter up a different thread with your usless posts. |

I suggest you focus your attention on some of the numerous shady and incompetent places out there......seems like every FD I work on has been butchered by a different chop shop here on the east coast, there are many to choose from. |
