injector question

OK i just got in my datalogit and have been doing some runs and i am having high injector readings. i will start with my mods dual walbro pumps 1680 850 injectors. new engine with around 6k on it. the motor before this one was the exact same as this one and all the same mods tuned by steve kahn. kazz dif, water inj, t51r single hks wastegate, greddy profec b.

ok now the problem is i am having 90+ injector readings at 14psi it was never like this before. The afr is perfect 11 from 6 psi all the way to 14. my fuel pressure at ideal with vac line off is 3.1kgcm2 with line on and at 14psi of boost its some were around 5.0kgcm2.

anyone know why i would be haveing so high of inj readings.

Under what conditions do you get the high readings? At power peak on full boost? Does the curve look continuous, or is it 70% with a spike to 90% when you jump on or off the throttle (use the little graphing monitor screen)? Do you have any boost spiking? Have you verified your fuel pressure at your power peak & full boost with the lights and fans running (i.e. when your pump is most likely to come up short)? Does the position of your fuel pressure gauge withing the fuel system make sense, or is it blind to some aspect that might be giving you less fuel delivered than expected?

If the fuel pressure is 3.1 kg/cm^2 at 0 pressure, it seems like it should be 4.1 kg/cm^2 at 1.0 kg/cm^2 of boost. Not 5.0.

What's controlling your fuel pump resistor?

wow max you make me feel dumb... lol

ill try to answere questions best i can i have the aeromotive reg so i just put the guage on the reg were it has the insert for it. i took it to the track tonight and ran 10lbs of boost b/c i was gitting a constant 80% duty cycle. with the lights fans on or off never relly spicked just stayed on the constant 80's.

TREX i am not for shure on that question i had gotham racing install the dual pumps.

On a side note i was kinda happy with my times for just 10psi i ran a 13.1765 1/4 109.36 mph, .6520 reaction 11.2614 1000et
the t51r wasnt even gitting to spool up hard

o and the temps outside today were in the high 90's with ridiculous humidity. it felt like 112 is what the news said. I ran this time at 9:00 so it should have cooled down to the 80's.

A side note, your fuel pressures are a little strange.

At 0 boost you have 44 psi which is only a little higher than the aprox. 38 stock.
Running a 1:1 boost increase should net you a 58PSI at 14lbs boost. But you said 71psi. That is 13psi high.

What's going on?

I think you need to check you complete fuel system as you have the pumps and pressure to have low duty cycles.
