I am about tired of waiting on AEM to send me there so called "new design" CDI. I think I will just go with whats proven MSD ignition's. Who can help me on the part #'s and wiring?

 

If its anything like the Crane HI-6 ( when I was shopping I remember them being very similar in wiring) you wire the out put from the Igniter to the input for the points style setup, then wire up the coil like the instructions say. Are you going to be running new coils or just boosting up the factory ones? How much boost are you going to run?

You can grab switched power off the igniter also
