Idle Adjust

I finally got my new engine and xs kit installed now I need to fix my idle. What is the correct way to fix the idle. Right now if I drop it below 1100 rpms it bounces quite bad. Infact after you give it gas it will almost die out.

How is the bottom throttle butterfly set, closed or slightly open. How should the idle set screw be adjusted, closed or open (slightly or alot).

Thanks
Chris

there are 3 idle screw that i am messing with right now. The first is the base idle that is located under the elbow its a screw with a spring on it. There are 2 more on the TB one that faces vertivle and one that daces horizontal make sure these are just 2 are just touching and not pushing down alot. Hope this helps
