Arrow Ideal 12a Turbo Setup???

Hi my uncle and i have been thinking of going turbo on his 1972 RX3. It currently has a 12A in it and my unc does not want to go up to a 13B.. and i was thinking that for his birthday i would give him my extra turbo for his RX3.

Now im kinda lost when it comes to a turbo 12A..
Is there anyone that could possiably make a list of a setup for it...
From EMS to ignition to intake...
dont worry about a money limit..

Thank You to everyone who posts...

The Car will be driven on the steert.. it will not be an everyday car.
Wat we want:

Horse Power: 300 to 400 (anywhere in between)
RPM: 8,000 to 8,500 (if power can be done lower then better)
Port: the car currently has a PP, but i think with turbo he just was a 4port or a
bridge port.. (again which ever makes the power
wanted to go fuel injected with hopefully a nice EMS like microtech or haltech
the motor will be a fresh 12A with everything but the housings and rotors being brandnew

Thanks
