Hmm.. well we can start by asking you how much do you know about the seven?

Gives us some idea of what we could suggest for you that you are comfortable with doing.

If I were you, I would just buy a Complete 13brew longblock that includes everything you need, and drop that in, and then sell all your na stuff. Just look for someone on the forum that totaled there stock 3rd gen rx7.

Very bad advice there buddy. Were I you I'd sell your NA, buy a clean TII (read: don't skimp thinking you'll just be able to fix it later so you can have more money for mods). Now if you'd like looks for the short term over performance over the long term I'd say pick up an S5, if you're looking to build up a beast and looks are important but second I'd say go with an S4. With the rest of your money after inspection etc. I'd say pick up a Racing Beat catback, a 2.5 inch downpipe, a high flow cat, a pod filter and port your wastegate. You'll have a much faster car than your NA at this point and while it can get you into some trouble is a good platform to learn/work with.

88 TII - RB Turboback, HKS Intake, Greddy FMIC, LT8, Etcetera.
Best time of 13.6 @103.3 (My launch is teh sux)

My advice wasn't that bad... The 13brews make more power, and mostlikely he could get a decently modified one for that price. But it all depends on how good condition his NA's in. Either way, you have to different ways you can go. I would probably take the advice of David Guy, because he has a FC and probably has a better understanding of what can be done with the cars.

Good Luck is all I gotta say, and have fun

I say bad advice as it's certainly not as easy as just 'dropping in' a 13brew. If it were just into a TII swap it would be one thing (not easy but definately easier). If you're dropping it into an NA you're looking at the following: Custom mounts, turbo flywheel and clutch, turbo transmission, turbo driveshaft, turbo diff, turbo halfshafts, brakes, various electronics, as well as some way to control it all. Not the easiest task.
