How much labor for a single conversion

I was wondering how many hours it should take for a shop to do a single conversion including removing the rats nest ect for stock twins.

I could probably remove everything in about 3 hours - if there were no major issues i.e broken stud, bolt, etc. Putting the single kit in should take about 2 hours. This is assuming you have everything you need and dont break anything.
