How much Hp out of TD06

Could you guys let me know how much power you are making off of a TD06. Is it possible to have 450hp out of this turbo?

450whp will be pretty difficult, i think most people are making about 350 @15psi or so, I made 400whp on a 2.2L 4cyl a couple years ago but that was at 24psi. 400 might be possible on a rotary in the 18-20psi range.

I know on the mr2, there was someone that recently dynoed at 390 or 400 with a td06. So I think it is possible.

?

I guess you would have to have it set to at least 21-25psi to achieve 450rwhp so the car would have to be putting out at least 500-520hp.... Does anyone have a TD06 setup out there that has dyno'd at 450+ at wheels?

I dont think the td06 is capable of that much power. Greddy has other kits TD07 25g( I have one for sale),T67,t78,and t88(also for sale).

What are you looking to get for the TD07 25g "kit"?

I know that Greddy advertises the Greddy kit for the FD as having the 20G compressor wheel. But what if you were to swap out to the larger 25G compressor? How much power could be expected with the 25G on 91 octane and 15 PSI. What is the max octane in BC anyways?

The MR2 that 45psi is talking about, probably did the 390-400 HP on the TD06-25G which is the kit that Greddy advertises for the Mr2.

I would like to get 1350 for the turbo. The reason is that , Greddy does not sell this turbo in the states and is very hard to come by. The turbo has roughly 1000 miles on it.

octane

We have 94 octane out of the pumps in BC, the reason I am asking is just checking as someone has told me that that have 450rwhp out of a TD06 and i was a little pissed since I have a T78 that is bored out to a T80 (Garett Wheel) and I am getting 480rwhp seemed too close since we are both running 17psi.

The numbers also might have to do with tuning. But what you have to consider is, that your turbo is still making power at those levels. Where as the TD06 is most likely struggling.

I have a pair of TD05-18Gs that I'm taking out of my GTR. What numbers do you think each of these are good for on the RX7? There lag terribly on the GTR (factory twins are already set up in parallel) and I don't get boost till past 5,500rpm.
