For that compressor I would run a divided 1.0

You can get away with a divided ~.84 A/R on stock ports, it gives nice spool characteristics on stock ports, without choking it too much in the topend. I had that with an o-trim and a 35R compressor wheel (similar to a 60-1) journal bearing, and it was a nice combo.

For fuel, (2) 2200cc ID injectors would be simpler and provide ample fuel for your needs. No need for resistors or the FJO box.
