...have the following characteristics:

1) peak ~400RWHP on stock or lightly modified ports
2) full BB
3) divided exhaust housing
4) rebuildable

Add to this a preferable "comes in a kit form". Here are some turbos that come close:

* RX6 (but not rebuildable)
* T04E (but not BB)
* 35/40 (but not divided)

It would seem that my only option would be to have a totally custom T4 flange/divided housing turbo built with a BB CHRA, and then use an existing kit like the HKS T04E. (Or just buy the manifold, DP/WG, and accessories separately.)

Can anyone help me out by introducing me to other turbos or kits that might work for my needs? Thanks!

I think this matches your criteria..........

except for the "easy to rebuild" bit...

 

The regular GT35 has a divided turbine inlet. The T40R is no more difficult to rebuild than other ball bearing turbos I would suppose.

 

Just to let people know, Apexi discontinued their turbo kit.
