Hks T04z ?
What is the equivalent turbo size from Garratt that would be about the same as the HKS T04Z? The reason I'm asking is there was a mkiv with that turbo on it and he wanted to race me and I was wondering what kind of power is it good for on the supra? I am running a gt35r and am curious whether or not I would have stood a chance if I ran 15-16psi on pump gas?

I was wondering with the supra running that turbo would of have stood a chance or should I not even waste my gas. Just out of curiousity, how much power would a mkiv make with that turbo?

all the things depend on many other things ^_^
rotary makes just about 70% of the power from a turbo compared to pistron engine. If you run a T04R turbo on rotary with let us say 400hp, you will get 520 hp from a piston engine with the same setup. this is just my version of the things, maybe they are some people out there, who will tell you a complete different story.
but, just think about power to weight ratio, and the things will become more interessting. Well, just say.... yo make about 380 hp with your setup, ending in 1200kg of weight and 3,15 kg/hp.
let us take a look at a supra... with 500 hp and a weight of 1600kg anding in 3,2kg/hp..... you should be just the same time as the supra even you have less hp. Weight to power ratio is very important at any race....
just my 2c...

I just talked to the supra guys tuner and he said that its only tuned for 11psi and made 425rwhp. So in another words I should stand a chance.
