HKS T04R Internal Turbine Wheel/Shaft Questions???

I am having my turbo rebuilt and asked the guy if there are any upgrades available to the turbine wheel and i got a responce that the shaft diameter HKS uses is no longer available...WTF...How can that be its a Garrett based turbo with some HKS parts combined, but there should be a way to upgrade a the turbine wheel/shaft!!! Help me out here!!! Anyone with these turbos came with a solution>>>

I dunno if this changed recently, but...

You're not supposed to be able to get any of those parts from Garrett.
The compressor wheels are standard, but the turbine sections are HKS only, even though Garrett made them.
HKS had a pact with Garrett not to sell the HKS spec parts outside directly to HKS themselves.
No ways in hell you can get them in U.S., and you *MIGHT* be able to get them from Garrett Japan...longshot.

Should be a standard .312 shaft with standard journal size. Most of the older TO4R's were nothing more then a 66mm comp wheel with a p-trim turbine.

Well since no upgrade is avaialble, i guess i can just stick with their turbine wheel...now how about the compressor wheels, anyone know of some upgrades that will match nicely to that turbo...aslo is there a way to hoan and expand the internal section and put in a larger diameter shaft and accomodating bearings???
