Hks t04r and cast manifold set up
I guess this is a rather older set up? Hks cast mani turbo kit with hks t04r 0.81 a/r turbo kit.
what are the estimated power figures and spool times?
also what would you guys recommend for all and other necessary Upgrades?
currently the car is stock twins, stock clutch, stock pretty much everything else. I have a dp/mp/exhaust, air filter. Hks twin power ignition.
but I do have apexi power fc factory tune.
I haven’t dynod it but it feels great! Runs very reliably, tune is perfect, pulls pretty hard for 10-11 psi. I’m guessing 275whp?
thanks for any feedbacks!

Ideally drop in larger capacity fuel pump/surge tank kit like B2A or an under car surge tank and higher capacity pump and larger injectors. Colder iridium electrode spark plugs. Larger stock mount intercooler. Auto counterweight, billet flywheel and quality clutch (Direct clutch in Australia do really nice stuff, Exedy or HKS do higher capacity pull type clutches including twin plate that are probably available everywhere). If you decide to go alcohol fuel or water injection down the track you probably want to consider having the diff rebuilt with a more robust centre and solid pinion bearing spacer, maybe higher numerical ratio if you get an aftermarket gearset. Diff brace & gearbox brace so you don't crack the PPF.

the HKS T04R is a sourced from Garret Japan, and was basically offered from the early 90's to now, it works, but it even predates the Garrett ball bearing stuff from the early 2000's.
the nice thing, is that the turbo is inexpensive to rebuild and divided turbine housings come in a few flavors so there are some tuning options.
you can expect ~360-380hp at 15 psi, with full boost around 3500-3750, give or take depending on the rest of the setup.
