HKS GT3037 Series

Hello. I was wondering if the HKS GT3037 turbocharger is viable for the 13B-MSP 6-port engine. I plan on running greater than 7 psi. I was looking at the 0.87 turbine A/R (the compressor A/R is fixed at 0.60), and I was hoping this turbo can be set up to spool at low to mid-rpm. Does anyone have a compressor and turbine map for the GT3037, journal and ball-bearing? What about overall dimensions? I also hear that 1.3 liter rotary engines can get the best results from 0.80~1.1 A/R turbines. Is this true?
