HKS Gt wastegate

This hks wastegate came with my t51r kai turbo kit.. I just want to know what size spring it came with....Also there are 4 vacuum ports what ones are used/caped?

if you look at the hks websie it will tell you the type of spring by color

The wastegates are usually stamped with the spring rating with black ink.
Unless the unit was "cleaned", you should see a range?

anyone know where the 4 vacuun lines go to or the ones are caped?

It depends...

If you are using straight vacuum, use one of the holes "under" the cap.
The WG's have two fittings - 180-degrees opposite of each other - just to give you more flexible mounting options.
Just use one and PLUG the other one, and you're all good.

If you're not using the "top" fittings, you need to at least keep one (or both) open.
You only use these top fittings if you use a boost controller.
