A turbonetics 60-1 with a P-Trim exhaust wheel and a .84 or 1.00 divided housing should be in the ballpark. i'm currently debating between these two housings for my car. Price should be about 850.
If you're willing to spend more, a GT35/40 can be had for ~$1500. It's got a bit more power potential, and will spool up faster due to better compressor / turbine wheels and ball bearing design. It is available from a-spec tuning in australia either separately, or in a kit.

The GT35R from A-Spec tuning is a sure thing. Also the Apex'i RX6 turbo is a good choice from what I've heard. The main thing you need to do is decide how much you want to spend and what kind of boost you want to run. Also, do you have all of the supporting mods for something like this? I know I sound ****, but all of these things will cost you a lot more later if they aren't done first!!

P.S. One more vote for A-Spec Tuning!!

Stephen, I bet it is. Isn't that the same turbo Bryan is running? I heard about his dyno chart and saw the vid of his beast on the dyno. That thing is GREAT!! What are you planning on running?
