I know this should be in the haltech forum but im asking it here because their are about 2 posts a week in the ecu forum.

Does a haltech take any advantage of the factory knock sensor or oxygen sensor?

Anything else i dont need while im putting the engine back together with the single turbo and haltech?

oh and im using the e6k with the magnus motorsports plug in adapter.

 

If I recall correctly it does not use the knock sensor.

You can use the factory air temp and water temp sensors if you want. Better to use the GM ones provided with the kit, my factory sensors didn't seem to register the right temperatures when I was using them.
