This was a halfbridge. Halfbridges dont really make much more power than a large SP, they just carry the HP higher in the RPM range. I could have leaned it out a little more but didn't really need to. This was done on pump gas and meth.

I am also running the .95. From my pulls I am not thinking of changing as my power was still going strong at 7500. On the 4 inch idea, I have been knocking this around also and wonder how just adding a controlled cut out would compare?
I spoke with the dyno shop today trying to get all the logs sent to me and he promised the 504 at 22.5psi was dead on with his dyno. So I guess I am were I should be as I am running a SP compared to the one Jason posted on a bridge.

once I get my ignition issue worked out and FJO inj. set up I will post some higher boost pulls.

I also need to look at the boost issue. The dyno graph shows 1-2psi lower then my logs.

Mike,

Nothing new. I am enjoying the car and putting miles on it. About 6K this summer so far. I need brakes so no racing the last month or so. Car pulls harder after fine-tuning on the street. The car is ready for another dyno session in the cooler weather.

I would like to investigate a new wastegate, possibly a new manifold or better optimized WG placement, a new 4" dp with the 1.06 AR, WI, and a couple of other things that I need to test before commenting on.

Since the RL Traction Control is working great, I may cut down in tire width and size...the 315's are BIG. I needed it for traction before the TC was working. Sure saves on tire life as well.

Jason,

How rich was it? Mid 10's? If so then those numbers would easily go up another 30 RWHP. Nice job.

I am dropping 60 ft/lbs of torque between 6K and 7.5K rpm. That equals a drop in HP at 7.25K rpm. I am sure this is my SP talking. Thinking of going bridge. Now that the local porting master has good results on quite a few.

Then maybe I can pull some more out as I was reading 10.15 up top from 5400 to 7000+ then it started to lean out. Thinking this could be some of the reason I had a stumble up top in that area??

Yup. That would do it. You calibrated the O2 sensor? Innovate? Might want to check a free-air reading before you go tinkering.

no more innovative. I bought a FJO w/NTK sensor. Also just got my results faxed to me and I wish I would have made a full pull at 25.5psi as I let off early at 6k and it was around 30rwhp across the board. All my pulls show full boost around 4700rpm. With it running so rich up top (10.15) do you agree it could have been the reason I had a hick-up -- stumble??

Oh yeah. A nice pig rich spot can do that. The ignition has to struggle with trying to burn through that richness. Many people see the need for upgraded igntion when trying to run that rich at higher rpm.

Way way to rich. lean it out to 10.8 or so and you should notice a pretty big diff.

those are some good numbers! I have a half bridge in the makings, once i'm done with the break in and move onto dyno I'll post some of my numbers!!!

I drove the 4094 for about 120 miles before i leaned out and blew it up and I have to agree it does spool up rather quick for its size! I'm very happy with this turbo and looking forward to exploring its sweet spot!!!!!!
