GT4088R - this the one?

I have a half bridged FD and want a larger turbo. I am running a Turbonetics 62-1 at 16 PSI. Its a lot of fun but I'd like more! I believe I have all the supporting mods to run a bigger one.

I know I need to research more so don't bust my ***** but came across this used turbo. I only have a short time to decide whether to pull the trigger or not.

It was used on a diesel application and they are telling me it made their 6.0 Ford tooo laggy.

Specs they are giving me is:

GT4088R
64mm inducer (compressor), 77mm Exducer (turbine), and the turbine housing is a .95 A/R

I need to know if this is a rotary friendly turbo. I can scoop it up for $650 but don't need a heavy paperweight.

I am going to get a photo of the stamped model and serial number later but need to know what intelligent questions to ask and the answers I'm looking for.

Oh hell, I own it now.

I guess all I can really do now is change out the turdbine housing if it needs it.
