gt4088 questions

this is for my 3 rotor project.

my original goal was to make 350hp to the wheels with my car but it seems like an easy task to go to 400 so what the hell, why not.

anyway. im wondering about spool. i need a meaty powerband but am too poor to afford the faster spooling bb turbos.

so this is my question. on stock ports, when can i expect full boost of lets say 12-15psi with my setup using a gt4088 with a 1.19ar hotside?

Just run a 67mm turbo something undivided around 1.0 with a P-trim sized turbine and you'll be fine no issues if 400hp is all your after.

ok. did you ever get back to my pm about precision turbos? i would like to stay in the 350hp goal, just trying to be as cost effective as possible. if you know of a precision turbo that will fit my needs then lets hook it up

350HP on a 3 rotor is N/A. Any turbo on that motor is going to put you well over 400HP and closer to 500HP to the wheels on low boost. A 4088 turbo on a 3 rotor will make low 500HP at 14-15 lbs of boost.

You could go with something small (by 3 rotor standards) for a lot of low and mid range torque.

i dont think stock ports on a 3 rotor will net me 350hp. i am looking for super awesome response and a meaty powerband.
