I was there when Ihor made 470 at 20 psi on his 35R, so your numbers are certainly feasible

Shouldn't, maybe rotaries are totally different, but many E36 BMWs as well as DSMs have achieved this. So, I wouldn't find this too hard to believe.....

On a gt35r? That sounds a little high. The guys with the aspec 500r (basically a gt35r with a different wheel) are getting numbers close to that or less. I just can't believe those numbers.

No probs. It is a Garrett GT35/40 i bought new from Australia. Attached is the Dyno. We'll be upping the boost and get collingmist dual stage installed soon.

exactly rotaries are totally different and require much more air per the same horsepower than a DSM or BMW piston engine. a 35r is too small to make that much power at that boost level on a 13b

without jacking the thread, for some reason the boost controller would not go past 1 bar. this is being rectified as we speak.

Based on your dyno sheet, you're definitely running a different setup than most of us. Bridgeported motor, balanced rotating assembly?

yeah i have a hard time believing a mild streetport will make power anywhere near 9000rpms

explanation?

porting should add power UP TOP according to everything i know...... the only thing i can think of to support your statement is that the porting is too small, and a large street/race port should create power at 9k

?

I'm not going to say this is impossible--however, peak torque would have to occur at or below 4900 RPM to correlate the HP number.

Keep in mind that [2-rotor] rotaries tend to make less torque than their piston counterparts, but they carry that torque higher into the powerband. Hence, good HP.

OK, here's my T4 divided GT35R 1.06 running 10 lbs.

Never got a chance to really crank it cause the motor went. But from the numbers on 10PSI, 15PSI should be a hoot!

thing I like is the table top torque! Good numbers for stock [FD] boost level...still would like someone to start the run at 3k (hint hint GoodfellasFD3S )
