GT35/40 max capibilites

I am going single turbo this winter, and I'm only looking for 400-450RWHP for now, but I know I'll want more later. I was unsure about the 35/40 in terms of max capabilities so I was gonna go with a t-78 or something of that nature, but I was on a website yesterday that said a GT35/40 could put out 400RWHP at 15PSI, but could be pushed to 550RWHP if you wanted it. How bad is that for the turbo? If it can be pushed to 550 safely I'd definitely go with it.

I would say you will be very hard pressed for the turbo to put down 550whp at any reasonable levelof boost on a rotary I've seen more than that on a piston motor though. If you have any questions give me call I can answer them for you.
