I vendor quoted "boost comes on @ 3300 and 410 rwhp peak on a NON ported motor @ 15 psi"...

Probably a good idea to read the 10 other threads in this section about the GT3540 first...

Try FULL BOOST by 3300...and atleast 400 rwhp @ 15 psi, not peak...
