Greddy EVO CB and single??

Hy guys,

I'm into ordering a Greddy Evo Catback system (2.5" piping and3.75" tip??) for my FD.

I was just wondering if it will be enough, performance wise, to keep up with a single turbo?

Keep in mind when I go single (next year or after...) it won't be a big single, rather a good performing low end torque set-up.

It will be combined in the future with a DP and hig flow cat system.

Main reason for this choice is I like the piece and I prefer a straight outcoming exhaust rather than the side ways ones. It also keep noise to a"normal" level

for the downpipe you mean? or is the Greddy EVO catback available in different piping diameters?
I only found the 2.5" piping.

Off course it would make no sense the have 3" DP, 2.5" CB and another for the MP

I could have sworn that the EVO was the PE's replacement. That being the case, the PE's diameter was 4". The tip is HUGE. The evo is only 3.5?

The PE's pipe diameter starts at 80mm and expands to 94mm. The tip is 115.

For comparison the Apexi GT starts at 70mm and expands to 95mm. The tip is also 115.

The EVO is the replacement for the PE. The main difference is that the muffler canister is offset so it doesn't hang down as much. The EVO II uses the same muffler but with full stainless steel piping.

For the dp, if i remember correctly Trust makes a dual downpipe (much like that of mazdaspeed). However it is not offered in the states through greddy and if i do remember correctly it is discustingly expensive (again much like mazdaspeed).
