Good highway turbo?

I am going single soon, to be honest i dont mind putting around town out of boost, I am looking for a good highway turbo since that is where i do most of my racing( not in traffic im not that dumb);p I plan on basically running 15 psi, just tryin to get ideas on what turbo would be good for around 425-450 whp @15 psi. I was thinking maybe a to4s or something along those lines.

A T04S, GT35R, T-78, T-88, T66, T04R will all put out those kind of numbers on a healthy street ported engine.

t04r will do the job but you really wanna be running upwards of 20psi to get the most out of it. You are probably better off with a turbo that is in its efficiency range at 15psi.
