Going single with turbonetics best, Power FC tuneing questions

I am in the process of doing the following. Street porting, lower compresion 88 turbo rotors, pining, extrude honing, rc engineering upgraded throttle body, turbonetics t-72 ceramic ball bearing, 850cc 1300cc injectors, godzilla BOV, turbonetics new gen waste gate, Custom GNS racing exhuast manifold and yet undetermined fuel pump. Making this Power FC control all this is my biggest worry because nobody within 1000 miles wants to claim they can tune this thing. What do you people do, send computer off somewhere and hope they map it good without the car being there, Sit in the car for hours tuneing it yourself till its right, get maps off the internet? Whats the most boost you can run with 1300 secondarys? This set up should be ***** to the wall if it'll start. Hal-tech is most prefered were the cars getting do at. They seem confident they can figure it out even though they have zero experinace with PFC. Maybe I should just trust them. What would you all do in this situation? I also need a boost controller, I was thinking Greddy profec B, nice and simple. Any ideas or comments would be greatly appreciated. My signature shows what I'm upgradeing from, should be a night and day difference. Thanks
