Going Single Turbo - What else do i need???

Guys i'm doing my research, but i'd like to hear from the single turbo experts around here...

What else do i need other than the GT35R Turbo kit i have in mind? These are my mods so far:

1994 RX-7:

1. Large streetport with upgraded Teflon coolant seals, 2mm RA (Rotary Aviation) seals, e-shaft mod for better oiling
2. Rebuilt turbo about 40K miles
3. 550cc primary injectors and 1600cc secondary injectors
4. Aeromotive FPR
5. NipponDenso upgraded Fuel pump
6. HKS twin power ignition amplifier
7. APEXi Power FC w/ Commander
8. SR Motorsports 8.5lb lightweight Alum. Flywheel
9. ACT street/strip clutch w/ ACT extreme pressure plate
10. B&M short throw shifter
11. Pettit under-drive pulley
12. Stainless Steel braided oil metering pump lines
13. Koyo Alum. Radiator
14. All new coolant hoses replaced
15. M2 medium intercooler /w elec. pull fan
16. Greddy elbow
17. Pettit downpipe w/ Jet hot coating
18. Pettit High-flow cat.
19. Racing Beat dual tip cat-back
20. Sequential turbo simplification
21. Silicone vacuum hose job
22. All emission removal with block-off plates
23. Garfinkel engine torque arm
24. LM-1 wideband O2 sensor/wideband gauge
25. Fan mod.
26. FC thermostat
27. Alum. AST
28. MazdaSpeed ignition wires
29. Pettit intake w/ K&N filters
30. Hyper Ground system
31. Jazz custom oil catch can

New engine/trans setup has about 45,000 miles...

The car dynoed 375 rwhp with the current tune/setup @ 14 PSI. Runs low 12's in the 1/4 mile no problem.

What else do you guys think/suggest i would need to upgrade other than changing my existing tune to make a GT35R Turbo setup work? I was looking at the A-Spec Tuning GT35R Turbo Kit...

Any input is greatly appreciated, thank you!

Dual fuel pumps would be a better option.

Increase your boost to 20psi with A/I.

You should also be running in the low's 11's with that setup and 375whp.

you don't need dual fuel pumps with a GT35. I used to run 21psi on my T04S (slightly smaller than a GT35) with no problems using a single rewired Supra pump. There are plenty of guys on this forum making 500+ on single pumps. Use dual pumps when you need it and only when you need it. Otherwise it's just more cost and complexity.

I'm guessing your "NipponDenso Upgraded pump" is a Supra or Cosmo pump.

Not seeing wastegate or wastegate(s) on you list. Also, spend the money and fab up some aluminum hardlines to your WG. The overkill will give you peace of mine. Just my .02.

i see the list fine. Supra reiwred pump should be ok for 500whp. Other than that go for it. I managed 429whp@15psi wuth a pt67 turbo aka t04r

what are your power goals? 550/1600 should be ok for 500whp maybe a bit more at high duty cycles.

Maybe I'm missing something here, but your post asked "what else will I need" and I didn't see aftermarket WG listed. If you're going single turbo you will need an aftermarket WG unless one is provided with the "kit" that you're purchasing

I understand the importance of EGT's, but i currently do not have any EGT gauges/sensors installed...

mmm, should i get them installed? i thought i could get by looking at my Wideband gauge...
