Going single Turbo, T-78, Need Advice for Rest.. Help 8)

I blew the engine in my RX-7 a week ago and dropped it off at the shop. I have decided to go single turbo. I need some help on what to get for the RX-7. It is a 93 R1. I plan to run it at the track at over 20PSI and on the street at about 15PSI (when driven on the street)
So far I have bought a T-78 Greddy Kit.
I am getting a new engine and having it street ported/polished.
I was going to get 3" Mazda Apex Seals, should I go with something else?
What type of intercooler should I go with? I was considering Greddy Frount Mount.
Currently I have an upgraded fuel pump (forget exactly which one, but it is the highest output for the same brand as stock one), which fuel pump should I get? Which fuel rail and injector sizes should I get to run over 20psi?
I have a Power FC currently.
I'm getting Ray's ultimate Radiator.
Which boost control? I was thinking Apexi AVC-R
The car already has full exhaust.
For suspension I was considering Tien-Ha's, any better suggestions?
Blow off valve I was considering HKS super sequential.
Currently it has a Street/Strip Clutch, but I'll probably be upgrading that as well, or will the street/strip hold this horsepower?
Is there anything else I am going to need? and all your suggestions will help a lot. I would like to have this car completed within the next month and a half. Money isn't the major concern here, I want quality and high horsepower on the track. (Aiming for 10's). Thanks a lot for your time.

My main concern right now is which apex seals to go with. The two I am considering are the Mazda 3" apex seals, or the 3" apex seals from RX7.com , but I am open to suggestions. Please give me some advice before Tuesday (which is when I will be ordering them) thanks

the 3mm seals can hold more boost, but if you arent gonna put your boost past like 25psi, then i suggest you get the 2mm. Its much better. just my .02
