hey all i have a 89 TII and i am trying to get an idea on cost and time frame requirements for going with bigger turbo. my goal is to hit 400rwhp on pump gas. i currently have a isuzu npr large front mount to put on along with a microtech stand alone and a set of 1200cc secondaries.

this is the turbo i have been thinking about going with.

this will work with that turbo right? just trying to make sure. also i know that im going to need a wastegate and exhaust. there is a shop here local that i have ben refered to for all my ic piping and exhaust needs. so my question is do i need that vband kit off of cheap turbo? also what else will i need? like what am i leavin out?
any advice and or tips would be greatly appreciated.

also i got a walbro will that be enough? i plan on getting some 720s for the primaries. what do i do about oil and water lines?
