Question To get BNR stage 1 or 2?

I want to decied what turbo to get? The stage one hybrid or stage 2. Is anyone running these on there cars? Hows the responce on the clipped wheel? Does any one have a non clipped wheel with a ported WG, and is creep a problem? Any info on these turbo's would help out a lot. Thanx!

hey Omar.

I definately reccomend atleast a 10 degree clip on the turbine wheel. This will keep the assembly from overspeeding itself and causing excessive boost creep. If you are going to keep it under 11-12 psi and under 300 RWHP, It might be akay to run an unclipped turbine wheel. if you think you will run more boost in the future, you ought to get the clipped turbine wheel. You will not even notice it is there. When you do eventually turn it up, you will not run into back pressure issues like you would with the stocker, until 15 psi. Then the clipped turbine wheel will be ran out of its efficiency range.

Hey Bryan,
I will not run over 10psi on the top mount ic. If I ever get a front mount (dont think I will) I might run 12psi max. If I get creep then I'll just back off the boost and keep it at 10psi. I just want a the best response I can get!

But what trim is your stage 2 TO4b? What power will each turbo make at 10psi? The stage 1 and 2? Thanx! I will give you a call as soon as I decide what turbo I want.
