Unhappy GARRETT T78 information

Hi, i need this information please:
Anybody run with Garrett T78?
Garrett T78 have the same whp at 15Lbs then Gready
T78?

You can have the T-78 upgraded with Garrett parts. Thats what I did when I sent a seal thru it.

turbo

Ok, i buy turbo from this site www.Thepartstraders.com
the saler is Nelson S.
I pay for "T78"serie with .70 and .81 A/R and the guy send me "t04" serie with .70 and .96 A/R.
I just want to confirm if is that.
In the classified advertisements This guy sale the new turbo but is Use.
If anybodey is capable to help me ...
I write at this guy and he write this:"The bottom line is that this unit will flow enought air for your aplicattion and still have some to spare".
But if i pay for "t" serie i want this.
