fuel system to support GT35R
Ok, i right now wondering if my fuel setup is good enought for my turbo.
I don`t plan to boost more than 1.2 bar
Streetported 13BT
E6K
injectors :
2x 680
2x 1600
45psi of fuel pressure
fuel pump - 255lph high pressure walbro
fuel filter - stock FC
fuel lines - stock FC
Is this safe and if not, what should be upgraded and whats suggested replacement part?
thanks

My experience is NO!
If your set-up happens to flow well you will need more fuel. Don't take the chance.
My Stock S5 hybrid (clipped P trim exhaust, 60-1 Hi Fi compressor) was maxing out (100% injector duty cylcle) my 720cc and 1600cc w/ walbro high pressure 255 and stock FC lines and new stock filter ruinning to parrallel -6AN sytem and dual port regulator at 45psi base anything over 1 bar boost.
Use the Bosch 044 pump as it can handle the high pressures at the pump caused by the pressure drop of restrictive stock lines and filter. Or upgrade to larger lines and filter.

the kenne bell boost a pump is an attractive option versus a huge fuel pump.
a sensor triggers the unit into action as you reach positive turbo boost and it juices your pump with an easily adjustable zero to 50% increase in voltage.
Kenne Bell pioneered the product over 30 years ago and i strongly suggest you visit their engineering rich website to get all your questions answered.
i have run it for 2 years w 850s and 1600s and my cosmo pump. i love it.
i think it beats running a huge pump as it doesn't constantly recycle gas to the motor and tank which results in warmer gas. msd makes a similar product. i looked at both and bought the original.
$200.

I think the boost a-pumps are a good idea, but
NOT WITH A WALBRO
There have been SEVERAL documented cases of Walbro 255 high pressure pumps failing on the streets, dynos and track. I have read online and in magazines. Check the DSM forums as well as they use these pumps fairly commonly.
Adding voltage will just stress the pump more.

Currently I have (with the gt35r kit0
- SX FpR
- 850 Primaries
- 1600 Secondaries
- Supra Pump
On a 4th gear pull to 7200 on the dyno my IDC got up to 88%...
I am getting ready to strap a stock pump to my supra pump and "Y" them together in tank.
I was told that with my setup the supra pump would be sufficient for 425rwhp...My dyno pull mentioned above was 381 @16psi tuned pig rich between 10.1 - 10.3.
I am not sure how much the IDC will come down by just tuning leaner to 11.4 - 11.5...Carl on here said that my IDC with my fuel setup shouldn't be that high (88%)...So I am not too sure what is going on myself. But in the next month or so I am going for another tune with HKS TP, dual intank pumps and shooting for 18psi tune at 11.4

Estimate your fuel system capacity here:
http://maxcooper.com/rx7/how-to/fuel_system/calcs.html
If you are maxing out 2x680 + 2x1684 injectors, you are making some huge HP. If you are experiencing high duty cycles and not making big power. it is likely that your pump is inadequate and losing pressure (bad -- your tuning will change when you turn the stereo up or turn the headlights on since it now depends on electrical load rather than the FPR).
