Question Fouled plugs, ignition break up?????

I just got my R2 running and took it out for a spin around the block, ran fine and great. Pulled hard and very very smooth like it should. Went around the block like 2 times.

Came back to the garage, double checked all fluids and leaks, they were good.

Let it idle for about 10 minutes, now when i started to drive it breaks up and back fires, on and off load. Started to smoke blue, not too much though, but it smoked.
I'm leaning towards my oil return from my turbo, i got a SS braided line made and maybe its too small in diameter. I remeber it being about 1/2 inch inside diamter. (i dont remeber, but its smaller than the one i had before). So if its too small and the oil is not draining fast enough, it would start smoking right? and maybe fouling the plugs from the oil??

Is that big enough, for a return? how much oil does the turbo get, like flowing wise?? Im running a HKS T04R it that helps.

Any ideas?? i know if i replaced the plugs it will run fine for the same amount of time, but then will foul the plugs after time; being about 15-25 minutes.

What about the oil filler?? i hear it smokes if you do not have the lines hooked up. Mine are not hook up, vented to atmosphere, both of them. I saw the post of the single turbo vacuum diagram, but it still not clear if you need it or not.

Any help will be thankful, my R2 has sat for 1 and a half years, now i have this trouble and it bumms me out :-/ I need to go out and smack up on some DMS junkers :-D

My set up : (if this helps any)
HKS T04R
stock fuel
G-Force ECU (boost controller,full exhaust, 93+ octane)
Greddy FMIC
Ported motor
-im only running the G-force because this is the only thing i have close to stock to get the car running, it will be replaced with an AEM after i fix all the bugs.

Thanks

same thing is happening to me. And these people swore it was fuel cut.. I put an msd, and it fixed it for a lil bit.( I dont drive my car, its a project car). But my guess, is too much fuel making the cut.... Havent been able to install the haltec yet.

What plugs are you running? What gas are you running? What ignition? You probably are rich, with cool plugs, get it rtuned, and life will be good. Any idea what afrs? Usually a -10 for drain, 1/2" on old school turbos is fine, maybe too small on Garrett DBB. Also, how are you venting the oil supply?

i fixed the break-up so far, it was my oil return. I had a 1/2 inch line, but the fittings were a little smaller, caused it to flood my center section.

My oil vent is vented to the atmosphere, i think im leaking oil out of there. Do i really have to hook one of those up? I read some forums on here about them, but some run fine with out, but some needs hooked up. These are the vents at the oil fill..

Im running stock ngk's 7 and 9, 93 octane at minimum, stock ignition w/ 10.4mm Taylor wires.
Thanks

You've probably already blown the turbo bearing seals due to inadequate oil return [best to use -3 supply line and -12 (5/8" I.D.) for return line w/o kinking or looping this line]. A "worn" turbo such as yours will act like an ignition problem.
