Not sure what front nose you have but it might be blocking some of the air coming in hence the high temps ?

I have a T78 setup and usually never see over 90oC on a hot day, have aftermarket aluminum rad and aftermarket FMIC, next arrives the vented bonnet and later this year water injection system which should all make a decent setup, i have the C-west front nose with loads of room for air to filter through.

ya but important informaiton. & to add to this. there has been a talk about creamic rotors that help also. Just a thought
