Fitment problems

My lower rad hose and the extension off my waterpump assembly are in the way of my air filter on my turbo. What should I do? Take it off and bent it forward? Is that a possiblity? What have you guys done? This is for a 91' T2. I do plan on making a Tid to suck cold air, but even so I believe there will still be a fitment problem...

I might just have to angle the filter up with some piping..

Loosen bolts holding turbo to manifold, move turbo, tighten. I don't know if that will work for you, but it might be the easiest solution if it is pretty close to fitting.
