Me and two friends have been looking for a project turbo car for a while, and we think we've found it. A 1983 RX-7. Can anyone point me towards some websites that have info on turbo 1st gens? I'm interested in finding a turbo that will bolt up to the stock exhaust manifold(s?). I'm still learning a lot about rotary cars

Click on the "search" button at the top right of your screen and type in "1st gen turbo" or something to that effect and I'm sure you will come across plenty of info. I'm also doing this to my FB (81-85 Rx-7) and all I can say is it's a lot of work even though I'm doing a lot of other stuff to the car at the same time (mainly suspension swap). I'm going all out though, 13bt from 89-91 T2, T2 trans, stand alone ECU, bigger turbo ect... When I first started the project late summer I was thinking I could probably get it done by spring time but now I'm slowly realising that it may be closer to next summer before I can think of getting it on the road of course it's all related to how far you take your project.
