just wondering what the fastest time has been in a single turbo rx7 with the apexi turbo kit either the rx6a or rx6b. Im heading up to import wars next weekend and I want to see what Id be shooting for.

how much boost are u runnning..... i have never really taken my car to the track... but i run 19 psi... i have raced people running low 12s and walked um... so.... it really depends on ur setup and boost levels... please post and i should be able to give ya an idea.... and do u have the rx6a or the rx6b

dont you remember me? Im the one who told you how to figure out if your turbo was the b or not because I had it

I ran a 12.8 with street tires on a 90 degree day. My IC hose kept on popping off so I was losing boost at around 3rd gear and I didn't get any traction because I got kind of sideways during takeoff. My 60 foot time was a lousy 2.6 and my trap speed was 116mph. Yes I know, I'm a lousy drag racer but next time I'll do it in the winter with slicks =)

My car ran a 12.6 @ ~114 a few weeks back. I think the 60' was in at 1.9. Don't really remember. This was on street tires.

There was/is more to be milked from it. I think high 11s/low 12s are realistic.

low 11s with et streets is more than realiztik .... how much boost are u willing to run

14 lbs.

Anything higher than that and my secondary injectors are tapped.
