External Waste Gate Q 56k Warn

I just recently got a turbo of which the specifics i don't know off hand. I know it's a hybrid I think with a different compressor/housing. It's got the stock TII with a fubared internal waste gate. I'm working on gathering pieces for an N/A conversion and plan on going with an external waste gate mounted off the custom manifold. My question is how big of a waste gate would be good? I know the internal waste gate actually needed to be milled out a little bit to keep from boost creep, but I don't plan on running a whole lot of boost since i'll still have high compression rotors. maybe around 10psi or so, maybe just under 15 if i get daring. Would 38mm be enough? or should I go bigger? Here are some pics to help identify it.

10psi is already pushing it and a 38mm wg should be fine but bigger is better.
