Esimate of potential RWHP with this turbo and motor combo?
Motor:
Cosmo RE
Large Streetport
Stock UIM LIM
primary 1000cc
Secondary 1600cc

Race gas


Turbo;
GT45 non ballbearing
T6 inlet
1.05 snail
72.4mm/102.3mm compressor wheel
80.8mm/89mm Exhaust wheel

24lbs boost

Also need a recommendation on intercooler size needed for this setup..

why only 24psi on a turbo that large? If you want to run a turbo that large you should bridge port the engine.

i got pretty much the same set up minus mine is a GT4202, in the range of 600-650rwhp with pump and meth, on race gas its can go 800+ if you boost enough.
